As an administrator I want to be able to increase the maximum length for the Code Insights report key beyond 50 characters so I can use longer keys

Currently the maximum length for the Code Insights Report Key is hard-coded to 50 characters, but this is not enough for some use-cases and administrators should be able to extend the maximum length beyond 50 characters.
