Description
Issue Summary
In the Create a Reviewer Group for the Group members input field, when the user searches for a non-existing user an error message is shown but is not accessible to the assistive technology user.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the URL
- Navigate to the Group members input field in the Create a Reviewer Group section.
- In the input field with the screen reader on search for users to add to the group.

Actual Results
When users search for a non-existing user in the Group members input field, an error message gets displayed "No matching users found" at the beginning of the form and the keyboard focus remains on the input itself. As a result, screen reader users were unaware of the occurrence of errors on the page.
Expected Results
When error messages get dynamically added on or around the form fields, screen readers should be informed about the error being added on the page to ensure that users are aware of the errors.
Additionally add the 'aria-describedby' attribute to the form field. The value should match the “id” attribute of the error message.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
