Administration - Repositories : The 'From' & 'To' label lack minimum colour contrast ratio.

Issue Summary

On repositories page, the labels such as 'From' & 'To' present inside 'Last changed' popup lack minimum contrast ration requirement.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the BitBucket homepage.
2. Navigate to "Administration" link in header section & activate it.
3. Navigate to "Repositories" link in the sidebar & activate it.
4. Navigate to the "Last changed" popup button & activate it.
5. Navigate to "From" & "To" input field to access the calendar component.
6. Using CCA calculate the colour contrast between foreground & background colours.

Expected Results

The labels such as 'From' & 'To' present inside 'Last changed' popup lack minimum contrast ration requirement.

Foreground : #7A869A
Background : #FFFFFF
Contrast Ratio : 3.7: 1

Due to low colour contrast people with low vision face difficulties to perceive the Information present on the page.

Actual Results

The colour contrast ratio of all the text present on the page should be minimum 4.5: 1 with background. Update the colour of the 'From' & 'To' labels to ensure the minimum colour contrast requirements are met.
