Issue Description

The button in the bottom section of the left panel for collapsing the sidebar navigation panel has no label present.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch URL
2. In the left side of the page, in the sidebar navigation to the bottom section where the "Collapse sidebar" button is present for collapsing the sidebar of the repositories.

Actual Behaviour

For the Repositories sidebar section, the button to Collapse the Sidebar panel on the left side of the page have a missing label. When screen readers read this button with no label. Hence users with vision disabilities will be unable to identify the purpose of this button.

Additionally for screen reader announces the button inappropriately as Expand sidebar ( [ ).

Expected Result

The button should have an appropriate label to identify its purpose of the button. In the absence of labels, it becomes difficult for users especially screen reader users to understand the purpose of the form control and input information.

Add descriptive label for the button via the aria-label attribute. For example, provide the label as "Collapse sidebar"
