Issue Summary
Sometimes strange behavior happens when typing Japanese under the code block in Chrome Version 99.0.4844.83 (Official Build) (x86_64)
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
1.Make the comment of the following text with a inline code block into PR comment.
``` Hello world ```
2.Enter Japanese and convert characters with IME under the inline code block.
3.After convering characters with IME, sometimes strange behavior happened(ex: deleted chacters are inserted to the comment again, etc.).
Expected Results
The strange behavior doesn't happen.
Actual Results
After converting characters with IME, sometimes strange behavior happens (ex: Deleted characters are inserted into the comment again, etc.).
TODO: Upload the recorded video when strange behavior happens again.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
