Description
Issue Summary
In the Commit file modal, the input fields are not associated with their titles, indicating any connection between the label and the input field.
Element: Following elements
-Commit message text box
-Branch name text box
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the URL
- Activate the Edit button and make some required content code in the main content area and then navigate to the bottom of the page on the "Commit" button.
- Activate the "Commit" button, a modal "Commit file" modal will appear and navigate into it.

Actual Results
In the Commit file modal, when the assistive technology user navigates in the text input fields for the "Commit message "text box and "Branch Name" text box, they are not able to identify the relation of the text box with which they are associated with. Although this interaction is easier to understand for sighted users, it is not intuitive for screen reader users.
Expected Results
Provide an aria-label or aria-labellby as "Commit a message" for the Commit message text input field and "Branch name text field" for the Branch name input field.
Instruction to fill up the commit details could be provided in order that the users will find it easy to use the feature effectively.
Labels and form instructions do provide guidance for filling up a form. However, labels and instructions are subject to change from one web form to another.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
