Issue Summary

Dashboard UI is broken if account language is in Japanese.
Other information:

• Customer reported that it happens on Chrome (98.0.4758.102)/ Windows 10
• I tested it reproduced for both Chrome( 98.0.4758.109) and Firefox(91.0.2 ) on Mac OS.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login Bitbucket
2. Go to Manage account
3. Set Language as Japanese in [ Account settings ]
4. Go to dashboard

Expected Results

UI is showing normally

Actual Results

UI is broken

Workaround

Using English instead of Japanese
