Issue Summary

Tooltips for commit messages are not displayed when hovering the mouse over commit hashes in the "Blame" view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse the files for a repo in the Bitbucket UI
2. Click on a file to open its source
3. Click on the "Blame" button on the right-hand side of the page
4. Hover the mouse over a commit hash

Expected Results

A tooltip showing the commit message should be displayed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
