We are testing a new bot based-feature that sends pull request comments under certain conditions. Each of these messages is then automatically send to all developers that are involved with the pull request at hand.

My question is whether there are server side means to prevent these messages from being sent. Can we somehow filter out certain comments and not forward them via mail?
