Issue Summary

IME input isn't entered correctly when the input character is right after the tab character.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Put Tab character in a comment field. This includes Tab character at the end.
2. Point right after the Tab character
3. Summon IME by putting Japanese characters e.g. あああ
4. Push Enter key to make an input

Expected Results

The Japanese character is input.

Actual Results

The Japanese character isn't input.

Workaround

Copy and paste the character if your comment includes Tab character + Japanese.
