Issue Summary

Instances with a large number of build statuses in the AO_CFE8FA_BUILD_STATUS table may take a long time to complete the java migration step of the build status migration.

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade a pre 7.4 Bitbucket instance with more than a million records in the AO_CFE8FA_BUILD_STATUS table to 7.4 or higher

Expected Results

Processing of a build status record should be fast

Actual Results

Processing of each record is in the ~600ms to ~1s range

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
