Elasticsearch has recently changed in their licensing and pricing model, and in some instances it will require a payment.
That change in Elasticsearch model, introduced a new search engine, (a fork of ES 7.10) and is open source, OpenSearch. It would be a good alternative for still having the search feature in Bitbucket without having to acquire a new license for Elasticsearch.
