Retry LDAP authentication if it fails

      There are issues caused due to some odd behaviour in LDAP proxies that can randomly reject the bind user/pass for some reason.
      When this happens, Bitbucket doesn't just retry the authentication. It should be more robust, and retry the bind a couple more times, instead of just failing.
      We already have a similar ticket in place for Crowd: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-4297
