Issue Summary

Windows emojis which we get using "Windows" key + "." disappear upon saving the Pull request comment comment 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Bitbucket in a Windows machine using a Firefox browser
2. Open a Pull request.
3. Add a comment and in that comment add a "Windows" Emoji by clicking "Windows" + ".". Click on comment.

Expected Results

The emoji stays as it is.

Actual Results

The emoji vanishes as if it was never added.

Workaround

Use Bitbucket using other browsers such as Chrome or Edge.
