Local group memberships disappear after re-login for users created by JIT in Bitbucket Datacenter

      When JIT user provisioning is enabled with SAML Single Sign on, users and their memberships are updated on each login. This can cause group membership from being lost if the groups are being managed directly in Bitbucket's internal directory.
