      Issue Summary

When BBS is linked with Jira cloud, commits with Jira keys will be displayed on the Jira ticket. When a repository is deleted, this data still remains even though the commit no longer exists.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Link BBS to Jira cloud: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/link-bitbucket-with-jira-776640408.html#LinkBitbucketwithJira-IntegratewithJiraSoftwareCloudusingOAuth
      2. Push a repository with commits which have Jira keys matching tickets in Jira cloud. The commits data should be showing.
      3. Delete the repository

      Expected Results

Commit data should be removed from the Jira ticket

      Actual Results

Commits data is still there. It is possible to push the same repository again, and create duplicate commits data for the same Jira ticket:

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
