As an administrator or user I want Bitbucket Server to display the description imported from LDAP groups so I can more easily identify if I am working with the correct group

When groups are imported from an external user directory, the description of the group is imported (it is stored in the cwd_group table), but it isn't displayed anywhere in the Bitbucket Server UI.

This can make it hard to select the correct group, especially if there are groups with similar names.

It would be good if Bitbucket Server displayed the description of groups, for instance when looking at the list of groups in the admin UI, but also when looking at the group picker while working with permissions
