Do not render emoji shortcuts if they are in urls

      Dear team,

      Customers are experiencing issues with README.md file , it is not rendering some of the @<user> properly. Instead, it is showing a bug RED X mark. Please see the screenshot.

      We've noticed that the red X came from the emoji shortcut :x: (colon-x-colon), it was the emoji shortcut in the customer hyperlink, hence users are not highlighted once tagged.

      Would it be possible not to render emoji shortcuts if they are in URLs?
