Provide a Rest API to link log and build artifacts to the builds page

      To link logs and artifacts to builds it is necessary to create an application link to your build server, and the only supported ones are Bamboo and Jenkins, using the Bitbucket Server Integration plugin.

      By providing a REST endpoint, this information could be linked for different build server and different plugins.
