Storage page in Bitbucket has incorrect offset in the used space number

Issue Summary

Storage page in Bitbitbucket admin panel is showing the size in bytes with incorrect offset:

4,071,930,986,496 bytes = 4TB while the really occupied space is 4GB

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Setting - Storage (https://bitbucketdc/admin/storage)
2. Convert the number in bytes to GB

Expected Results

4,071,930,986 bytes is shown (4GB)

Actual Results

4,071,930,986,496 is shown (4TB) while the progress bar is showing correct percentage.

Workaround

The issue is purely in UI. Just disregard the last 3 digits.
