Issue Summary

When navigating to the Bitbucket Data Center global admin page, the navigation link to access the Default branch name admin page is no longer available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the instance's global admin landing page.

Expected Results

Default branch name page link is available under the Git section.

Actual Results

The Default branch name page link is not available.

Workaround

The admin page can still be accessed by URL directly at:

<instance base url>/admin/git/default-branch
