This would allow us to customize how our issues are parsed within our commits.  We have a repository that uses both JIRA issues as well as Autotask tickets, using this file I'm able to display it properly with working hyperlinks to either platform within my git tool.  However Bitbucket there is no way to do this, it only hyperlinks the JIRA issues with integration and ignores this file within the repo.
