Please bring Hunk bars to PR diff view as well

Description 

When seeing the side by side change in the commit view and in the compare view, you see diff hunk bars next to the scrollbars where you can see where the changed lines are within an entire file.  (Shown in image001.jpg)

You can click on these diff hunk bars to to focus the view on the changed lines.

But in the side by side PR view these hunk bars are missing and so you need to scroll down to find changes or use the n & p hotkeys to jump forward and back. {Shown in image002.jpg)

Can we have the same hunk bars on the PR dff view as well, to get a consistent navigation experience across diff views?
