Comment field is missing from Jira issue transition screen if Jira issue is transition from BitBucket

With Jira Software and Bitbucket servers integrated via application link, we added validator to the issue transition to mandate Comment.

We created a custom transition screen with the required field and Comment is automatically displayed as part of the transition screen. The Comment field in Jira  is marked as 'This field can not be placed on screens by users'.

Issue transition is working accordingly if user transitioned the issue from Jira application but the same Jira issue failed to be transitioned from Bitbucket application as the Comment field is omitted while we have the Jira workflow validator to ensure comment is entered.
