Issue Summary

Audit table on the project and repository audit page takes about minutes to load when there are about 10 million audit records in the database. However global audit page loads in few seconds.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Given 10M audit records in the database
2. Visit Repository > Settings>Audit log page

Expected Results

Audit log page loads within few seconds

Actual Results

Audit log page takes few minutes to load. After trying for few times, "Can’t perform search as there are many other search requests in progress" is received in the REST API response.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
