Rerun failed/incomplete jobs from Bamboo on Bitbucket Server

      In Bitbucket Server 7.8 the ability to a run a new instance of a Bamboo plan from Bitbucket Server was added.

      It would be nice to extend this actions menu to include the Rerun failed/incomplete jobs only option present within Bamboo.
