Allow the build status API name field to be more than 255 characters

      Issue Summary

      The name field in the build status API is limited to 255 characters

      This can cause notifications regarding the build status to fail, and some 3rd party plugins using the API for notifications may not have a graceful error message to pinpoint the issue.

      Suggestion

      Allow the submitted fields to have more than a 255 character limit
