Summary

The Default Reviewers REST resources POST methods create default reviewers pull request conditions one at a time:

POST /rest/default-reviewers/1.0/projects/{projectKey}/condition creates one default reviewers PR condition for the given project
POST /rest/default-reviewers/1.0/projects/{projectKey}/repos/{repositorySlug}/condition creates one default reviewers PR conditions for the given repo

The suggestion is to allow bulk creation of default reviewers PR conditions, similar to the POST methods of the Ref Restriction REST API. (for the Ref Restriction APIs, the Content-Type header accepts "application/vnd.atl.bitbucket.bulk+json")
