The plugin Web Post hooks for Bitbucket Server is not currently Datacenter certified.

While it is marked obsolete since Bitbucket 5.4 has introduced built-in webhooks, the bundled webhooks do not cover all use cases used by customers:

Use case 1: Project wide webhook configuration
Use case 2: Ability to customize the request body, for example per MS Teams specifications to send notifications.
