      Issue Summary

User creates a smart commit with #time parameter. However when that user then creates a pull request, and another user approves and merges that pull request, the other user will also getting the same work logs added in JIRA.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect Bitbucket 7.8 and Jira 8.13
      2. User1 log 8h of time in the commit
      3. User1 creates a pull request
      4. user2 approves and merges that pull request

      Expected Results

User 2 does not get the time added by the user 1

      Actual Results

User 2 does get the time added by the user 1as part of initial commit.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
