In git 2.23 support for --ignore-revs and --ignore-revs-file was implemented. This allows developers to share a list of 'unimportant' bulk commits, like transitions between code styles. Bitbucket should support the configuration of git config blame.ignoreRevsFile in the repository and allow Bitbucket configuration to keep in sync with the developers ignoreRevsFile checked into the repository. This would allow Bitbucket blame and local developers blame to match, if running Git 2.23 or better.
