As a user I want to be able to see a list of all pull requests that I watch

      Currently in Bitbucket Server there is no way to see which pull requests I am watching.
      Such a list exists for watched repositories (under "Manage Account" > "Watched repositories") but it doesn't exist for pull requests.

      It would be useful to have this so I can unwatch pull requests that I no longer want or need to watch more easily.
