      Issue Summary

      The Code Insights Quality reports view does not display 'Created on' value (a report source) if a date is in the absolute format:

      When the date is relative, it displays correctly:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Build a Code Insights report.
      2. Change the system date to something like 2 weeks later.
      3. Open the Quality Reports view.

      Expected Results

      Created on value is populated by the name of a report source.

      Actual Results

      Created on value is not followed by the name of a report source.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
