Issue Summary

When a repository has been renamed a message is returned in the response for push requests made against the previous URL:

The repository has moved, please update your configuration:

along with the updated URL.
This message is returned when hosting is done over http and ssh, but not when hosting is done over https.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure Bitbucket Server to host using https
2. Rename a repository
3. Try pushing changes to the repository using the previous URL

Expected Results

The message about "The repository has moved" should be returned.

Actual Results

The message is not returned.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
