Issue Summary

When you unwatch a commit, the option does change the value to "watch this commit". But once you refresh the page, it changes back to "unwatch this commit". 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a repository with a couple of commits/import a repository with commits
2. Go to commits, click on a commit hash and then click on watch this commit
3. Click on unwatch this commit
4. Refresh this page

Expected Results

The option should say watch this commit

Actual Results

The option says unwatch this commit

Tested this with multiple browsers and incognito mode as well

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
