Default Reviewers REST resources documentation missing examples

Issue Summary

The Default Reviewers REST resources do not have valid examples when clicking on `expand` for most REST endpoints. All versions are impacted (included the latest).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1: Navigate to https://docs.atlassian.com/bitbucket-server/rest/7.7.1/bitbucket-default-reviewers-rest.html#idp3
2. Step 2: Click `expand` against a REST resource method and observe that the JSON example is missing.

Expected Results

The REST payload examples are present.

Actual Results

The REST payload examples are missing.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
