Tasks summary should show author

The recent improvements to the pull request UI are much appreciated. I would like some further small enhancements of the tasks summary. Currently there is no easy way to identify (and therefore check-off) tasks I have raised. It's just not practical to scroll back through the messages on a large review.

• The view already has 'Open' and 'Resolved' filters, can you please add another filter for tasks raised by the current user. It would be most useful if it applied in conjunction with 'Open' and 'Resolved' selection 
• The display of the task should show the avatar of the user who created the task, tooltip can be used to show user name
