Build statuses for cross-repository pull requests don't show on the dashboard

Issue Summary

Build statuses on the dashboard aren't shown for cross-repository pull requests

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a fork
2. Create a pull request to the upstream
3. Run some builds
4. Go to the dashboard

Expected Results

Build status is present

Actual Results

No build status is present

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
