Sometimes when a team member is away and has a lot of branches that need to be PR'd we create the PR and then review it ourselves.

It would be really helpful if we could change the PR author to be that team member who is away, rather than the user creating the PR. This would then mean that when the user approves the PR that approval actually shows on the PR list...rather than being hidden (since approvals made by PR author don't show on the PR list).
