The following article Scaling Bitbucket Server for Continuous Integration performance is no longer applicable for version of Bitbucket 7.4+, where ref advertisement caching is no longer available, and  the new scm-cache has been implemented.

The article needs to be updated for such versions according to the new Scaling Bitbucket Server, or a disclaimer box added to mention the validity of the article for versions < 7.3
