Issue Summary

If an administrator changes the page.max.changes application property, it is not used to specify how many changes to fetch by the frontend

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the setting to a higher value

Expected Results

Up to the new value for page.max.changes changes will be shown

Actual Results

Only 1000 (default value) changes will be shown

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
