Issue Summary

Some customers while trying to install the newest versions of Bitbucket, are getting error of fontconfig necessary to run with OpenJDK, but even the customer install it, the installer is not able to identify it without sudo/root access.

Request

Some of this customer have compliance policy in place which do not allow anything to be run or executed with sudo/root access that is not a security account or the OS-specific accounts, with that said, they would require the installation to not request for the sudo/root access and complete the installation, or to give the necessary details on how to install without needing to give them sudo access.
