    Description

      Can you please make all external links in Bitbucket Server open in a new browser tab?  I've seen that work in some places, but I just clicked the "Learn more" link under "Branch prefixes" and doing so took over my Bitbucket tab by going to confluence.atlassian.com...  I hate that!
