Problem
Currently Bitbucket in order to keep the consistency of the repositories disables the garbage collection and removal of the repository owning forks.
However, the end user with repository administrator privileges is not getting notified that the repository has any forks at the time user is hitting the Delete repository button.
As the result there are repository data is still stays on the filesystem without the possibility to remove it safely or to fetch all the forks via the UI.
Solution
On the click of Remove repository button please provide a warning if the repository have any forks (with a link to REPO-URL/forks).
