Pull request cannot be displayed when the description contains a URL link with an '@' in it

      Issue Summary

      When creating a PR, if you add a link to the description field containing '@' the Pull Request cannot be displayed upon creation.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a PR and add a link in the description that contains an '@' symbol. e.g.: http://example.com/contentpath/content/repositories/npm-repo/@cnnr/appname
      2. Try to display the PR

      Expected Results

      The PR displays with the URL link in it.

      Actual Results

      The PR cannot be displayed and an icon as below is shown
