Add Jira issue details directly on the Pull request view

      Problem Definition

      When on a pull request, it is sometimes useful to view on the same screen the list and details of Jira issues linked without having to click the linked Jira issues and popping up a dialog.

      Suggested Solution

      Display on the PR screen the linked Jira issues and some of their details like the summary or status so that all information is available on the same place.
