The Contribution Guideline on Pull Request overview page is missing in Bitbucket 7.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add contribution guideline in a repository by following https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/creating-a-contributions-guidelines-file-938025885.html
2. Create a Pull Request
3. Once it is created, it will direct you to the Pull Request overview page

Expected Results

The link to the Contribution Guideline is displayed in the Pull Request overview page.

Actual Results

The link to the Contribution Guideline is missing in the Pull Request overview page.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
