      Issue Summary

When adding a hyperlink to an image via markdown in a pull request description or comment, instead of navigating to the intended hyperlink the user is instead brought to a presentation view of the original image. It is expected that the hyperlink associated with an image should be given priority over navigating to the presentation view for the actual image within the application.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the pull request creation screen
      2. For the pull request description, place the following comment:
        • [![Atlassian](https://wac-cdn.atlassian.com/dam/jcr:616e6748-ad8c-48d9-ae93-e49019ed5259/Atlassian-horizontal-blue-rgb.svg?cdnVersion=990)](https://atlassian.com)
      3. Submit the pull request

      Expected Results

The pull request description contains an image of the Atlassian logo that, when clicked, navigates the user to https://atlassian.com.

      Actual Results

The pull request description contains an image of the Atlassian logo that, when clicked, takes the user to a slideshow/presentation view of the Atlassian logo.

      Notes

This same behavior can also be seen when submitting a comment with the same markdown in the new pull request experience:

This behavior does work as expected when using the same markdown in a readme.md file, and then clicking on the image in the readme preview for the repository

      Workaround

It is recommended to submit any intended hyperlinks as a set of hyperlinked text underneath the image in question using the following format:

      [This is a link to Atlassian's site](https://atlassian.com)
