Cannot set up a mirror with Bitbucket Cloud

      Summary

      When attempting to set up a mirror with Bitbucket Cloud, it is not possible to choose the Bitbucket Cloud option.

      Expected Results

      When setting up a mirror (using installer or the archive file), it should be possible to choose between a Bitbucket Cloud or a Bitbucket Data Center option:

      Actual Results

      Instead of being asked for a "Primary Server location" It is prompted for a "Primary server URL"
