Mirror status in the upstream should change when it loses connection

      Description

      When a mirror loses connection to the upstream due to network or other issues, the status of the mirror in the Upstream remains SYNCHRONIZED even when they are discrepancies between the Upstream and Mirror.

      Could a feature be added where the state of the mirror could be determined from the upstream when it looses connection.
